My motorcycle was stolen today. I just had it fixed last week and didn't even get a chance to get it insured. But the tool who stole it crashed into a parked truck. The cops were there of course and all, and they were told I have no insurance and didn't ticket me. So who is at fault?

The thief is at fault. Just because you were not insured does not put you at fault. You did not ask for this thief to come and take your car. You followed the rules by not driving your car when it was not insured; you're not at fault. |
