my fiance who is dum got into a hit and run accident was minor he hit a parKED CAR, THE INSURANCE IS UNDER MY DADS NAME AND IM THE ONLY ONE ADDED TO HIS INSURANCE
IM SO PISSED OFF AT HIM BECAUSE HES GONNA PUT ME THREW DRAMA WITH MY DAD , HE WAS BUZZED WHEN HE GOT HOME THAT NIGHT

Surely, this is going to "hit the fan".
If you file a claim with the insurance company, they will be asking if the accident was reported and to whom, and who suffered the damage. This will reveal that it was hit and run, and the insurance company will refuse to pay on the basis of a criminal action.
If there are witnesses to the event, or if the insurance company pass on the information, a prosecution will follow.
The person held responsible for the damage or injury will have to bear the cost, both to the victim and the repair to your father's car.
Your father's "drama" is going to be the least of your worries. |

if he wasn't on the insurance and left the scene of the accident the insurance isn't going to pay if they figure out he should plan on paying it out of his pocket |

Your dad's policy should pay for the damages to the other vehicle. If is is minor your fiancee may want to pay for the damages himself. |

I agree with most everyone that answered. Your fiance could be arrested for a hit and run accident. You could try to do a claim with your dad's insurance, but they most likely will deny it because he left the scene an accident.
He will probably want to pay for the damage himself or risk going to jail for leaving the scene of an accident. |
