Well, since the test asks question like "What does this sign mean?" As long as they know that "STOP" means stop, do they really need to know the words "What," "does," "this," "sign," and "mean?" All the English they may need to know is "Stop," "Speed Limit," "Wrong Way," etc. Chances are you would still be able to drive in Mexico, even though their signs are in Spanish! If you moved there shouldn't you still be able to take a test to show you know how to drive? |

All the signs are in a universal shape and color. You do not have to read the sign to recognize it. Though I think that they should be forced to learn English. |

There are spanish road signs. Go check down by San Diego at the border. There's a sign showing: beware of famillies running accross the road coming into the states |

Hmmm. It doesnt really matter what language you take the test in. As long as you actually pass it and you certainly have to know English to do so. But lets an example use of my mom. She took a drivers test in different language but still understands English very well and the road signs too so yea, thats what i mean. Hpe you understand. :) |
