Why hasn't Direct TV send me an "Auto Bill Pay" Email yet?

I am a new customer and I switched last Tuesday. I have yet to set up an online account and I do not know my account number. Also I upgraded my services the same day to Choice Extra.

Better contact them. You could wind up with a $1000 or more charge when they finally notice you ain't paid. How did you set it up in the first place? Then make contact the same way and talk to them.
