My wife was on her way home from work and was stoped at a stoplight when a car hit her from behind and we have no insurance but witness reports say the other lady is at fault will my truck be fixed by her insurance

i am working on getting insurance now once i get a estimate they will cover it

Yes, you don't have to worry about anything.. but dude, get insurance.. you could get in big trouble one day .. what if you got in an accident that was your fault/your wife's fault and totaled someones car? You'd have to pay out of your pocket or get sued. Insurance may be expensive but its a lot less expensive than paying for tickets, jail time, or a car accident. |

Yes, the other person was at fault and her insurance will pay for your car provided that she had insurance coverage. |

If the driver of the other vehicle has insurance then they will fix it, regardless if you have insurance or not. |

First off, I am pretty sure you are covered by their insurance. Whenever someone rear ends you they are at fault.
Second, shame on you for driving without insurance. Think about the possible consequences of your actions. |

First, get insurance. Then contact the at fault person's insurance company with the estimate of your damages, and attempt to collect. You won't get any help from your insurance because you didn't have any then. |

I will just add this (as if it's not been said enough).... how would you feel if the other person did not have insurance and did not pay for the damage to your vehicle. Think about that while your buying insurance on your vehicle. |

yes the other persons insurance will cover the damages and also dont get surprise if your wife gets a ticket for driving without insurance. |
