I have full comprehensive car insurance, I had an accident and police is trying to accuse me of careless driving, if so proved will insurance still pay for my damaged car?

All accidents can be attributed to careless driving . (short of the driver having an unknown medical condition that caused him/her to crash).
Comprehensive covers damage to a vehicle other than collision. Vandalism, a rock hitting the windshield, etc. If you need to have collision insurance to cover damage do to an accident. |
