Id like to move out of California, and honestly I'd like to go the rest of my life without paying it.
Additional Details
My registration expired recently, and my insurance is behind 2 months. I simply cant afford all the little bullcrap that comes with owning a vehicle in California.

It might. It could also affect your car insurance (if you even bother). Speeding is consider unsafe driving, versus just an unpaid parking ticket.
And don't think that not paying it will mean no one will find out. DMVs across the country are beginning to link together.
Just pay the damn thing and slow down. |

I have no idea what BIG "D" is talking about. Most states share driving records with each other. Once REAL ID takes effect, they will be required to, but right now it is voluntary. Look up "Driver License Compact" for details. |

You may be able to register the vehicle, but, you may not be able to get another Driver License.
States must be connected to the Commercial Driver's License Information System (CDLIS) and the National Driver Register (NDR) in order to exchange information about CMV drivers, traffic convictions, and disqualifications. A State must use both the CDLIS and NDR to check a driver's record, and the CDLIS to make certain that the applicant does not already have a CDL.

Now, here this. What you read speaks of CDL license. But, I think it becoming a Federal deal to check ALL driving license. They can cross check with Social Security numbers, so, say you want to move to another State and just take the test for your license. They will run you through the CDLIS and/or NDR and your ticket may show up. They may not do anything, other than not give you a Driver License.
This all I know, maybe it will mean nothing, I not sure. |

Yes, it will affect your ability to register a vehicle in another state and probably prevent you from obtaining a new license. Just pay it and be done with it! Thanks for the two points! |

No, driving records are state specific and not shared. Just remember if your ever in california and get stopped you will be arrested. |
