it can, best to ask your insurance agent to be sure. i do know that state farm has a good student discount. as long as you maintain a certain minimum grade point average, you get something like 10% off your insurance bill. |

not driving lessons, but taking the defensive driving course (which is usually a one time all day class) saves you different percentages depending who your insurance is, and they usually require you to take the course every 3 years... if ur a AAA member the class cost about $40... but some community centers have them for a lil less, your local DMV website should be able to tell you where & when |

If you put what you learn to practical use, yes lessons will save you money & help make you a better driver. However if you are like my step son and know everything you will drive with your seat reclined back so far that you have to navigate by the north star, completly total a fairly new car every year, and leach off your parents untill you are 30 years old. |
