I have 4 points on my license and its on probation. I've had two moving violations so far on my driving record and if I get another moving violation my license will get suspended for a year after the initial probation is over. My probation ends September 18th of this year. If I can make it 'till then they'll take 3 points off of my license. But I'm sick and tired of all this driving crap its gets me so pissed that I just wanna punch a hole in the wall. So is there a way I can just give up the stupid license? Because that would be great.

You can go to the DMV and turn in your license. But if you want to drive again, you'll have to go through the entire application process.

It'd just be better to hold on to the license and just not drive.

Yes. Go to your local D.M.V. and return it or just tear it up. (tearing up is not recommended) You will still need I.D.
Why the hell don't you just slow down or learn to drive? One of the first things it says in our drivers manuals is that driving is a privilege not a right.

I don't think you can. If you don't want to drive, don't drive. If you want your license to be gone, you could always put it in the shredder. However, I would hold onto it until it expires just in case you change your mind. If you haven't changed your mind by then, don't renew it.
