hi i live in virginia and i wanted to get a motorcycle lisences bt do i need a reguler drivers lisences to get a motorcycle lisences...

i wanted to get reguler drivers lisences bt virginia passed the 3 times fail law if u fail the pemit test 3 times u have to take a class which is 3 months long $300-$400 dollars mon-Thur for 50 minutes...which i cant do because i have to work and i cant get my schedual to work with the class schedual and theirs a $60 missed class fee and even if i completed the 3 month class then i would have to hold it for 9 months which is a year till i get my lisences ......and please dnt say ur lazy ur scum just random ignorant things please only intellegent kind people answer
