Ok so i think about buying this car and i was wondering if i have to buy car insurance even though i'm not going to be driving it until November (when i turn 16) i'm buying the car with my own money but if i have to get insurance immediately i have to save some more.... so do i have to but sure even though no ones going to be drive it until November?

If it is going to be garaged then no, you do not have to have insurance on it.

You can Trailer the car to your house if you dont want to put insurance on it.

most states require the dealer to ask for insurance before you take the car out of the lot. so yea, you would need insurance. if you are not going to drive until Nov. WHATS THE POINT OF GETTING THE CAR?
