so i now, this is kind of a dumb question but i really don't know how to tell her; so heres the thing both of my parents are out of the country, they'll be back on saturday; so i have my car but the a/c doesnt work and my lights are not as bright as the ones on her car, so she usually lends me the car at nights cuz she says is safer, anyway, i was on my way to the drugstore to buy some allergy meds, and the car in front of me was about to get in the main street but isntead of satying in his lane ( the right one) he went over to the left one and i remained in my lane as i waited for the cars on the main street to stop coming so i could get in the street so obviously im im the right lane and looking to the right wating and when i could go i accelerate and there he was the car was still at my left, he hadnt moved at all i thought he had and obviously it was an accident i didnt see him besides he was in the wrong side of the street, his lane was the right one he shouldve remained there...
soo this just happened and i have to call my parents to their cell and tell them what happened but i have a feeling my moms gonna xtremely upset and on top of that i called the insurance company and they told me that if the damaged was over 500 they were gonna cover it but if it was less i had to pay for it and i dont work soo its not like i can tellher imma pay for it cuz i dont have any money!! ...
soo what do i do... how do i tell her??

Hi there, The truth is always the best policy. the other thing is what is the worst that they can do to you for the accident. I don't think this is a capital offence. Lastly, your parents love and trust you they left you alone while they are away, so put things into perspective and just tell your mum the truth.... It will never be as bad as you think.....I promise. |
