i wanna rent a car but cant till im 21, if any1 knows of anywhere that will pls let me know. if a friend rents a car out can he add me as an additional driver even tho im only 20 and cannot rent until 21?

Depending on where you are, I know that you have to be 25 to rent a car in America.
