Basically my boyfirend is due to book his theory test now, but he says he needs the letter that came with his provisional driving license to book the test, because there is something on there he needs to know or something.
hes bin living with me for the last 2 years, but didnt bring the form with him so its gone.
will he have to get another license or can you send off for what ever is on the letter again ?

its called counter part
he needs to go dvla fill in a form and pay a Â£20 fee.... and he should get within 2 weeks
