2 counts assult on an officer?

my sister just got arrested my family and I are very worried and would love any info you are willing to give, Please no rude remarks we have to deal with her and her mistakes im not asking for your OPINION of her im asking for Real advice on what her sentence could be.

she was charged with
1.BATTERY TOUCH OR STIKE-SIMPLE
1.BATTERY ON AN OFFICER FF EMT
2.BATTERY ON AN OFFICER FF EMT
2.RESIST/OBST-OFCR W/O VIO

2 months ago she was arrested same county and charged with assult and battery, and she broke a t.v all charges were dropped, can this effect her?

FF= fire fighter
Officer= Police officer

Meaning she assaulted one of the above.

W/O Violence means she resisted without violence.

Don't know about sentence. Depends on the state.

Like these people answered, emt is emergency tech, ff fire fighter, w/o vio means without violence. If she went to jail that day most likely she would get out in a month. I have had a big record on my background and priors of other crimes. I commited something similar what your sister did, a cop tried to grab me by the shoulder and I swang my arm across, then the cop tackled me down because I tried to resist arrest, the cop charged me with battery, but went I got arrested and went to court hearings on the third court hearing my public defender had a deal to plea guilty, which I shouldn't of, for the reason I didn't hurt the cop. The cop never did once go to any of the court hearings, that day I pleaded guilty that same night I was realeased from jail. So if this was her first offense if she does fight it and takes it to trial and she loses it and finds her self guilty she would do the double amount I wouldn't say she would do any much longer than a month.
