Hi,
I was wanting some advise on what could happen to me, basically 3 years ago when i was 16 i was seeing a girl who cheated on me, i found out whilst drunk and smashed a varse, a window and numerous other things, i also pushed her over which they classed as assault. after that i got away with a 9 month probation order, 3 years on im now 19 and thought i was past all this, i now have a current girlfriend and we were at a house party at mine over the weekend and everything went fine and as soon as the guests left i went to bed at 4AM (she was already in bed by 10PM pissed lol) i took her phone off charge to put mine on and found a open text on the phone to her friend, Wrongly i checked the texts having been messed around before and found her speaking about her ex and how at a works party they were still sparks between them, i took this too far and flipped, i woke her up and told her to get out, i kept hold of her phone until she was out, at this point i threw her phone down the path, smashing it, i also kicked her on the arse on the way out and slammed the door, feeling bad about this i went out to the car before she set off and she was calling me allsorts and wasnt willing to tell me anything about her and her ex's conversations that night or what it was that was still there between them, i lost it again and punched the windscreen and cracked it, i went back in and went to bed only to be woken up the next morning at 9pm by yours truly mr PC plod... i honestly realise what i have done is stuuuuupid and after the 1st time iv been a fool to do this again, i was full of drink and whilst this isnt an excuse it most certainly doesnt help, my girlfriend wants to drop the charges but they wont let her as its with the crown prossecutions now, im due in court on 11th april and im really worried and i feel sick, im stressed at the moment with other personal problems too, any info regarding anything i can do/say to help my cause then feel free to reply, iv apologised to my girlfriend and she believes im sorry and im also attending a alcohol awareness meeting on wednesday. does anyone have a good idea of what im likely to happen to me?
