Oh my god, that's pretty scary. I would go tell school and just warn them, because you can't really report him if he hasn't done anything (yet) But i would keep a really close eye on him, and maybe his son too.

Sad to say that they can live anywhere. The only laws that they have are that can't live within so many feet of a playground, park or school. Check your city's laws and see what they are. If he is breaking them then report him immediatley for the safety of your child and the children in your neighborhood.

As long as he is registered and doesn't try anything, there really isn't anything that I know that you can do. Just be very careful and don't get near him.

How do you know? What signs are these? Be careful, but be careful you're not jumping the gun because you know of his past. It would be like crying wolf.

We have several child molesters on our road. And I've seen one of them outside with what looked like his wife and a child. It might look suspicious at times, but you can't do anything about it unless you have grounded facts.

You should check the regulations of your city. If it isn't within the law, notify the police and tell them of your concerns. If it is legal, just keep an eye on him.

if he is not registered...yes. but unfortunately they are all over the place. as long as they are registered...other than moving, there isn't anything you can do.

Any child molester should be registered with local authorities as soon as they move into a place.The police should already know this but to be safe,i would talk to them.Good luck & keep safe.

well there isnt much you can do about that except like change you son's school or move and make him change schools but unless he messes with your son or tresspasses there isnt any thing to do and i would kno cuz i have 4 of them on the street next to me but if you werent sent a letter sayin he was movin there then you can complain to the police and make everyone kno about it tell all your friends if he's done it once he'll do it again

just make sure you neighbors are aware of it. other than that there is nothing you can do he is already registered. and maybe tell your parents about the kid and your worries about him.

If his house is within 1000 feet of a school, park, or daycare facility then he would be required to move.

Although he is not supposed to be on school grounds this is mitigated by the fact he has a child in school there and he is allowed on school grounds to drop off, pick up his child and attend school functions.

He can NOT volunteer in the classrooms or go on field trips with his child's class.

Also, be aware that familywatchdog.us has had bad information on the site before. You can go to your local Police Department and ask if he in fact is registered at that address. That is a matter of record under Megan's Law.

Child Molesters have rights too! Too many people are against these folks who are common every day people we see in almost every reality we travel. Sure, they make a few mistakes and purposely (rape, torment, tie-down, gag, and use torture) on young innocent children... but some of these children had it coming! They were not victims, they were asking for it... Sure, I know, some of them would didn't have to be killed and are still buried out there in the woods... but sometimes these things get complicated. The families need to get over it and make another baby... Just be more careful next time... Try a few less hugs, from what I have heard... these individuals really enjoy the pleasure of a child who smells like moms perfume, dads aftershave, and sweat. A combination of all three will make the child a likely target... So, don't be too hard on these folks, as I said, sometimes these things just get out of hand... Child Molesters have rights too!
