Sounds like he was scared of you!! Could be that you weaved changing the radio or answering the phone or whatever. Then we you stepped out he realized you were fine. I wouldn't report it, because next time he will find something to write a ticket for. |

Why would you want to report him? He has the right to pull you over. Just be thankful he didn't give you a ticket....and I don't see where you think your height and weight has anything to do with not getting a ticket. |

No, since he was doing his job. If he suspected that you were drunk and then pulled you over only to find out that you are not drunk, he was only doing his job. He figured out that you are not drunk and let you go on your way, so no he didn't do any thing wrong.
I'd rather a police officer pull some one over and find out that they weren't drunk and let them go, than to see some one continue on their way driving and they may be drunk. I'd rather see that person pulled off the road than to continue to be allowed to drive and put us all at risk.
