A cop pulled me over and didnt not ask to search the car and did any way?

and then they did not ask to search my personal bag and still did any way and found stelroids and my friend had a good amount of coke on her and they let her go free they didnt even give her a ticket!
Is there any i can have these charges dropped do to the cop not doing his job the right way?!?!?!

They did not find the roids on me they were in the bag that they didnt have permission to search but they did find the coke on my friend and let him go, but the first thing they did was take me out of the car and detain me for no reason and i was cuffed and had no say or asked if they could search the truck or not an on the police report they put that they did ask me an i said yes but i have the driver (my brother) as a witness that they didnt not ask once just started going threw everything without asking

yes go to a lawyer tell him every thing that happened tell him the truth about the steroids and the coke weather it was yours or not. if they dont have a suspision to search your vehical then everything might be thrown out in court...just go to a lawyer

I think you are probably leaving a bit of the story out. If the officer had probable cause to believe something fishy was going on they had every right to search the vehicle and did not have to ask for your permission. More than likely you or your friend did something to make him believe there was something going on and gave him probable cause.

How did they supposedly find coke on someone and then let them go?

Perhaps hire an excellent lawyer and have your friend as a witness?

This sounds like they had information from a confidential informant that you were going to have some steroids on you. How well do you know the individual that had the coke because it sounds like they made a deal and gave you up.

You need to contact an attorney ASAP there is a lot more to this than what it appears and an attorney would be able to get all of the facts in the discovery phase of your case.

DO NOT SPEAK WITH THE COPS UNTIL YOU SPEAK WITH AN ATTORNEY They may come and want to talk with you at some time about the steroids that they found

B: Your permission that you may have forgotten about
C: Any good lawyer will be able to get the charges dropped.

Nope, They only need to prove probable cause. Very easy to do in court.

Unless you were being placed under arrest, or they had a warrant, than the evidence should be no good, you need to talk to a lawyer ASAP.

There are a few cicrumstances that would render probable cause, make sure you are COMPLETELY honest with your lawyer, if you aren't, it will hurt your case and infuriate your lawyer.

If you and your brother are adament that you didn't give them permission, bring that up before the court. They will then likely need to prove that they did ask (in the form of a dash cam video)
