unfortunately it is true our prison system is a joke and everyone knows it, there are not very many people who are worried about being sent to prison and that's why it doesn't change the vast majority of people who choose to live criminal lives, whereas in lots of prisons abroad they are well more scary and people don't want to go there |

Yeah it's probably a joke. Most people who have recently been released from prison are big jokers because all you can do while you are inside is tell jokes. |
