I have a conflict...
i am from the middle east and i used to be romantically involved with a woman from england...
i was interested in the relationship and she decided to end it and i got very emotional and annoyed her by calling and trying to convince her to try again...i know some people say do not call anyway but i WANT to very much...
back then things were frantic for me and i was emotional about it so i did call too much sent a lot of texts etc... and that resulted in her female friend who was staying with her at the time, her friend on her behalf i assume made a threat that if i callcontact again they would call the police and report me...
i have not spoken to this woman in 18 months and i feel it would be fair if i call just once to find out if she is willing to speak to me again...there is a chance she is willing to...i realize that most people would call once after all this time without worrying about getting into legal trouble however i am a little anxious and paranoid so unlike others i fear that she might be able to somehow someway involve me in an official police situation...so i suppose what i am asking is this...i do want to mention that i am from israel so i am not a resident there which must have significance in the possibility she would have to get me into legal trouble...however since i choose to be extra careful anxious and wary, she possibly has some information of mine personal information from the time i stayed with her...i doubt she kept it but can not be sure... please only answers from people with enough knowledge thank you very much...what is the possibility that i could get into some kind of official paperwork or otherwise trouble with the law or police if she goes to her local police station and insists to file a report or alternatively pressures the police on the phone informing them that i called her again?could i get into trouble even theoretically and if so what is the risk in percentage and consequences?

First, it's been 18 months since you last spoke. If she was "interested" in contacting you, she would have done it during that time. She is over you and you need to get over her. LET HER GO! She is not interested in you.
Second, how the heck are WE supposed to know what the possibility is that she will go to the police and report you. However, since it appears that you CANNOT take a hint ... it's been 18 months since you last spoke ... I would bet money that as soon as she hears your voice on the other line, she will activate a tape recorder and go straight to the police. |
