A question about drug bust?

What were these cops trying to accomplish?

I walked out of Subway. And a PT Cruiser pulls into the parking lot. Then this guy pulls up to me and starts talking to me. Talking about how he doesn't know anyone from around here and is from Massachusetts. And wanted to know if I knew were to get some "Ganja". Not only did it sound like BS. The guy was obviously a cop. He was built, tall. Clean cut. Spoke in unusual way. So long story short. When I made it obvious that I thought he was a cop by repeatedly calling him sir. He left the parking lot. And the reason why I'm sure he was a cop. Is after he left. An undercover car pulled into the parking lot. And sat there for a while before it left.
Then another time while I was at 7/11. A mini van pulls up. And sits in his car for a while, while we buy stuff. Then when we start to walk out. He gets out of his mini van. And after we exit. He comes up to us and ask if we want to buy weed. And we just say no and walk on. This is not normal for where I live. This only happened after the first incident. So what were these cops trying to accomplish here by making it obvious they are trying to set me up?

I DIDNT READ THE WHOLE THING. BUT I COUGHT THE QUESTION TO HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO BUILD A CASE. 6 MONTHS. EVERY 6 MONTHS YOU SHOULD CHANGE UP YOUR HUSTLES (I CHANGED MINE UP EVERY 5 MONTHS) I WAS WATCHED FOR A YEAR EVERY TIME THEY RAN ME IT WOULD COME UP (SHE'S SIGNAL 30, BUT STILL A SIGNAL 15) THEN ONE DAY THIS STREET SHERIFF WANTED TO PLAY CAPTIN GOOD *** AND PULLED ME OVER FOR A BUSTED TAIL LIGHT.. SAME RESPONCE WHEN THEY RAN ME ASIDEW THIS TIME HE WANTED TO TAKE ME IN FOR DRIVING WITHOUT A LICENCE WHERE THEY INPOUNDED MY CAR.. WHERE I HAD A LAB IN THE TRUNK... LMAO.. BUT THEY DID NOT SEARCH TEH CAR IN MY PRESANCE, THE DEA WAS SOOO MAD THEY HAD NO HARD CORE EVIDENCE.... I NEVER GOT CHARGED WITH IT.. JUST THREATNED TO BE CHARGED FOR MANUFACTURING AND DISTRIBUTING. THE OTHER KEY I CARRY IS NEVER TALK TO EM... EVER... MAKE SURE YOUR LAWYER IS FOR FREEDOM. THE COPS WERNT TRYING TO ACCOMPLISH **** ASIDE FROM TRYING TO BE THE COOL ONES ON THE TEAM WHO BUSTED THESE KIDS WITH DRUGS.

Firstly, both of these incidents would be textbook entrapment. They are soliciting you to commit a crime you wouldn't otherwise have committed.
Second, the only reason for this I can think of is that the places you're going have some shady business going on, and the cops are looking for someone to say something that will give them probable cause to search. Like if the guy is looking to score and you tell him to go inside and ask for Joe, they will raid the place. If you were under investigation, they wouldn't keep fishing for something from you, they would get their warrant and execute it.

It sounds like you may need a hair-cut...and maybe loose the head band..that might help.( I only say that because I have long hair and have been approached by strangers and asked things like that) Other factors may be involved...and maybe he wasn't a cop. What ever...don't get stuff for people and you'll be alright.

Ok here's the secret to why these cops are doing this. Every drug bust they make, they get paid so much for each drug bust. Now days, cops will go to whatever lengths it takes to make a drug bust so they can have a little extra cash in their wallets.

where do you live? what do you look like?

If you have dreads and live in small town america and play around on drug related sites then they probably have you under surveillance.

File a police complaint next time, tell them that men keep asking you for dope and take their tag numbers or better yet film them and then take it to the cops.
