I was selected, however I moved with military hubby - called and told them I'd love to appear, would they pay for my airfare and hotel?
They said no thanks. And I really wanted to be on one.
My mom has been on one - dad didn't cause they didn't want him - he wanted to be able to take notes during the trial. |

I've been called for it about 5 times, but all the lawyers drop me because I either was currently or had been a Policeman. I doubt that another 5 years will make any difference when each lawyer gets to ask the pertinent questions. So, I'll be called, show up and wast part of a day and then hang around waiting for jury call the following day and eventually be dropped because of my old job.
I'd love to have a wack at it but no defense lawyer would ever allow it. |
