I just found out that some one I know has entered the army using a modified version of his real name and a stolen SSN. Who do I notify.

Notify your nearest Law Enforcement Agency ASAP. No Joke!!!!!
Terrorism is for real. Do you know the Armed Forces Recruiter? Call that Recruiter NOW. Don't quit till you recieve a reply....and if you don't,...... call the US Marshalls Office.
