Ok here is the story a few friends and me were drinking on private property all under age of 21.... anyway we didn't get arrested they just took our information on this little white peace of paper now i think if it was a ticket they would of gave us a copy but they didn't... My question since they didnt give us anything there at the time will they send us a ticket home, and my second question is what is the law for underage drinking i cant seem to find it.... Thx

The law for underage drinking......
If you are under 21, it is called minor consuming.
The police officer may have just been taking notes, in case you and your friends got out of hand later on.
