You need a very good criminal defense attorney now.

If what you say about the credit cards is true a good criminal defense attorney should be able to prevent you from being convicted of being in posession of stolen credit cards.

you know, we have that same problem where i work. people who steal things always put the stolen items in somebody elses' car or truck, we can't figure out why. but, we look at it like this, if it's in your possession,. it's yours.
it may be kinda fun while you're getting away with it, but, not so funny when you get caught. you just may become some big dudes' WIFE.

the stolen cards did not put themselves in your vehicle.you will never convince another person that you did not know the cards were in your vehicle.as for you going to prison we have no idea. that is up to the judge or either the jury.first step is to tell the truth and not the bs you are trying to feed us.the poster above does not even know what they are talking about.stolen credi cards are a felony.for that poster that states you will not go to prison for sure,they are not even close to knowing what is going on.

If they check for fingerprints on the stolen credit cards and yours are on there....I am sorry to say you may be going to jail. Get yourself an attorney and start finding some witnesses. Try to think of anyone who has access to your truck.

i wouldn't worry about it. i live in texas, just have a lawyer, you don't need to say anything to them, they will try to get you in trouble for all sorts of things you didn't do...

C'mon, you don't know how the stolen credit cards got there? It was your truck and your stolen credit cards. Deal with it.

I highly doubt you will go to prison over all of this. But you will probably go to county for a couple months. That all depends upon you past criminal history.

Honesty is the best policy. Playing stupid gets you no where. If you know where those credit cards came from you had better tell them. It will be a lot easier on you in the long run.
