Any opinions/ideas about the Alameda Police Dept in CA?

The Alameda police dept gives horrible civil service to Alameda residents. What they're mainly concerned about is receiving revenue and they are on top of their game when it comes to ticketing you. When it comes to an actual violence situation they try to sweep it under the rug. I'm trying to file a case against them for an incident that occurred, anyone can give some feedback or legal work I can provide to help? Couple yrs ago they were publised in a local newspaper as being one of the worst police force when it comes providing for citizens..any idea where I can get this actual document? Pleeaase help

I would recommend contacting your local newspapers concerning what you read in the newspaper and try to get a copy. I also suggest you, yourself, grab your will and strongly walk out that door and get a group of people going. Go door to door asking for people to go to meetings concerning this matter. I myself am disgusted with how much abuse we, the people of the US, are suffering under the hands of the corrupt government and it's 'police'. These people are meant to be public servants. Instead 90% of the time you will find them abusing their power and acting like they are some sort of sales manager trying to sell as many tickets as they can a month. Every time I see a cop sitting in a extremely expensive cop car with the car on idle burning expensive gasoline sitting on his highly paid expensive **** I feel so disgusted I could vomit. They are a huge tax burden in itself, but then all they do is simply sap more money from the lower middle class.

I have a story for you you might like to hear. I was driving down the highway at about 70 MPH, about a quarter of a mile down the road I see a cop car with it's lights on doing something close to 100. The highway around my parts is 2 lanes wide with a large ditch dividing them. There are turning lanes from time to time with some concrete in the middle. At about 40 mph the freakin cop does a u turn almost RIGHT INTO MY CAR. It was about as close as I have come in a very long time to getting into a car accident. That cop just about caused a serious pile up car accident, I almost smashed into the SUV next to me trying to avoid this sudden destructive flying pile of metal that we payed for. Have you ever been 'helped' by a cop? I have needed help from threats and theft on more than a few occasions, I have even been able to call the cops and they failed me. In all of my experiences I haven't once found a cop to be a public servant. They are the modern day tax man who is out to grab more slaves for the pig pen.
