YES! Possession of stun guns was made illegal in Britain after one was used to rob a postman. Although there have been no fatalities involving their use in this country, they have caused at least 30 deaths worldwide.

Sorry yes any impliment designed to deliver a shock is still illegal, same as peppers spray and all the other
'self defence' items.

The are covered under the firearms and prohibited artciles legislation, which carry a power of arrest and can be triable at crown court if you get caught with said item.

Admittedly yeah id feel safer if my missus or sister had one to carry but the law is there to stop the nasty people from carrying them too.

yes they are, even the cs spray police officers carried are a section 5 firearm, which are locked away after a shift..so unless you want the firearm unit, pointing a MP5 at your face...dont purchase. Jamie x

yes but you dont need a stun gun to stun people just tell them you had access to there credit card and tell them they owe the bank grands and grands it should have the same affect as a stun gun !
