my thing is if you have done something they are for you still because they usually want to help people not try to hurt them. then again some cops(bad cops) that wont to kill you

It truly depends on the situation. In an over all yeah or ney I believe they are to good to have. Just like anything else there are good ones and bad ones. I guess i would say I'm for them...

they are for sale some are or burnt out or crazy or wise or just ok but they dont like me because when i needed help and they didnt do anything i went to the press now i get no police protection

The police enforce the law where the crime is. Poverty breeds crime the same as stupidity breeds poverty. This may appear to seem as though the police are "against" one group or another, but remember in almost all cases of arrest an ordinary person has called the police for help. Police go where the calls are where the crime is.

Are you a criminal or a law abiding citizen? for the most part they are for us and they try to make this a good place to live , sure you have a few bad cops, who let their authority go to their head. But for the most part I believe they are doing their job which is to serve and protect.

Neither. They have a job to do, and they do it. If you are on the wrong side of the law, they enforce the law. If you are on the right side of the law, usually they leave you alone.
