In the back. Because when I see police officers arrest people, they just shove them in the back. Do they like have to buckle their seatbelt?

Our policy is to belt them in, unless doing so would be a safety issue. If a person is combative, you can get bit, spit on, or head butted while trying to buckle them in.

Yes - front AND back.

Also, most agencies require their officers to wear the seatbelts.
