You know how you can usually search for arrests made in your city? Are underaged records available or are they kept private?

It is available, however names and address of juveniles are not viewable by the public.
So in short terms, YES! It is available, but you can't view the name or address of the juvenile, however the arrest and crime is on record and viewable.
If they were charged as an adult, then the name/address will appear.
If you're looking for someone specific, you'll know it because the crime details / record will match, but their name won't be on there so it'll be hard for you to just look someone up out of curiosity. |
