I know a kid who recently "punched" a police officer while under the influence of acid. It was a whole big scene. It is his first offense as an adult, but he had assault charges as a juvenile, which probably got expunged.He is out on bail at the moment, but what is the minimum amount of time he would face in prison for that when it goes to court?And i know this constitutes a felony charge in most states.is that so in PA as well? And is it even possible to get something like that expunged from your "adult" record?

i dunno wy i put that in quotes.but yeah he punched him.and i dont care at all if hes got this on his record forever.i feel he should.i hate the kid.haha.im just askin

Why is punched in quotes. Either he punched a cop or he didn't. The acid part really doesn't matter.
Expunged as an adult? I laughed a little, thank you. Ain't happening.
Why do you think he shouldn't have it on his record? He punched a cop. Bottom line. Everybody who commits a crime has a reason for doing it. It changes nothing.

um funny you should ask that but not ha-ha funny well i had the same case but not with drugs part and took my case to trail pleaded not guilty and served 4 weekends. no probation no restitution's either.
