There are some nice cut and dried answers here for you but the truth is I doubt very much it's that simple.

You didn't say what state or country you're in so there's no way anyone would know the laws surrounding what's admissible in family court where you are.

Additionally, having a "medical license" or prescription to use Valium might or might not be able to be used against you in family court if you are abusing it or it is used in some way which detracts from your suitability as parent (if this is about parenting).

If you live somewhere where medical marijuana is permitted by law, and if you are using it appropriately, I would suggest it would not be a topic that would be raised in court. However, your best answer to this question needs to come from a lawyer in your area who specializes in this field.
