Me, my wife were in the house. my 2 sisters and cousin arrived and we see the police and wonder whats going on. we grabbed our video recorder and answer the door.i ask them what is going on they tell me get outside and we will tell you and starts cursing and yelling at me
he wont tell us why he is here.he said this is petty s*** and im getting sick and tired of coming up here , i will make something up and arrest 5 adults the next time we come up here. the ho said we were outside saying we were going to beat them up. we were in the house cleaning.remember we got this conversation on tape.
OK here is whats really going on. my neighbor being the ho she is and the extra stuff she dose for the cops if you know WHAT I MEAN. the ho and her family set me up one year ago. I took it to a jury trial and was acquitted in ten minutes so now i am suing one of the other
parties from that trial and now the ho knows thy will also be sued so she wants to set me up. cops say if he comes back he will make something up and take me to jail so all that the dirty ho next door has to do is call her friends (the cops) to come up to the neighborhood.and they will come to my house knock on my door and make something up.WHAT CAN I DO LEGALLY?

we had a meeting in the law directors office about neighbor disputes and the ho said she works at a coffee and fuel station and has the cops patroling extra for her.right in front of the law director.

Try again, I can't understand what the real complaint is. Better yet, have you though about calling the police yourself? Have you gone to an attorney with this tape so? What proof do you have the negihbor is "taking care of" each and every cop that goes to your house?
Edit: Again, take up what the cops said with a laywer and/ or file a complaint to their superriors at the department. If they go out there again and arrest you for "made up" stuff, bring the tape to trial. How have you reacted to the police being there, because if they see you as polite, calm, and friendly they will question the caller more than the people being called on. However, if you act disrespectful and yell at the cops, they will side with the caller. Don't give them reason to think you are causing a problem. |
