I got a ticket for talking on the cellphone while driving in California. and I failed to appear in court.... ( because I did not receive any letter from cort) how much the fine amount will be??

Because you did not receive is a poor excuse for FTA. ON the ticket it states when and where. But now... here you are. Well. your ticket just went from 178.00 dollars to over 1000.00 dollars. You better contact the court now!!!

In Cali, the first time offense is only $20. The ticket had all the info to take care of it. Call the court and ask what needs to be done at this point.
