the cops have to have "reason to believe" that you are going against the law in your state.
If you are talking bout the "six month rule" then no you wont get pulled over for just looking too young. you willl only get pulled over if there is something else wrong such as a broken tail light or registration. Sometimes cops run your plate numbers and see that you have been very frequently ran throught the PD computers, so they will pull you over with no reasoning and they will make up an excuse.

Cops cant just pull you over for looking young. but sometimes they do and they make up an excuse and say that they pulled you over for a completely different reason.

but when i was like 14 and 15 i always used to take my moms car out and go to t-bell with my buddies.

so just dont worry bout it. and dont drive like a fool.

A cop can stop you if you do something that gives him probable cause to pull you over. If you look fourteen years old and driving a car, he has enough probable cause to stop you and ask for your driver's license to prove your age.

I don't think it matters how many passengers you have with you, but if you look too young to drive that is considered probable cause for a stop. There have been cases of adults being stopped because they look young for their age. The only thing I can recommend is sitting on an extra seat cushion and growing a mustache.

i might look young but im 15, and i drove on the road before, all i had to do is make my seat sit up high, drive normal, make ur face look like a grown person, and make ur nose big- depends on how small ur nose are, and put on some shades, make your chest hard and big like superman, and look mad a little.
