Can a person be tried for Extradition more than one time? Canada, USA, and Argentina signed the Hague convention on extradition. I could not find anywhere a person tried 2 times.

Canada would certainly extradite to the US if requested, unless you were going to receive the death penalty. I'm very surprised you got into Canada with a felony record unless it's been over 10 years since you finished serving your sentence for the crime. They would deport you pretty quickly for that or for lying about your past.
If you have outstanding warrants in the US, that would show up on the computer during a traffic stop and you'd be sent back to the US. |
