Yes, I believe that you can be arrested. Make arrangments to pay it so that you don't have to worry. My sister went through the same thing, its not worth the stress just make payment arrangments. |

You 100% will be arrested if they pull you over. |

I am a police officer and I can tell you you WILL be arrested when your tag / license is ran.
Now- if the county is very far away and your ticket is for something small like a parking citation then they more than likely are not going to have you "extradited" (taken back to that county with the warrant) just because of the cost. You would be released the same day / next day. |
|

Very likely. That's why it's called an arrest warrant.
Exactly how it's handled will depend on the policies of the county you are arrested in. You might just be booked and released. If they are hard nosed they might keep you til you are arraigned!
I'd take care of it asap. If you do get pulled over then arrested, you know it will happen at the worst possible time...like when you are driving to a posh restaraunt for brunch with your new boyfriends parents in the car...
That'd make a good impression... |

if its to the point that a warrant has been issued, your d/l is probably suspended now also,so you not only have to worry about .YES,getting arrested in the county you are in now, your name will come up ona nationwide inquiry, you can be arrested in any state you are stopped in,and given a tcket for driving while suspended/revoked,AND you will be held in jail until the judge who issued the original warrant decides what to do with you.
Moral of the story,be a really big boy, walk into the clerk of the courts office where you owe the ticket, and pay it,and the warrant fee,and you wont get arrested.if you go to them, its going to be ALOT easier on you. |

TxTopCop

Most definately. 100% chance you'll be arrested.
Take care of it before you get arrested and spend 1-2 weeks in jail for FTA and the fines. |

You will probably be arrested because the warrants can go over to different counties for most warrants. |

If you have a warrant out for your arrest, you will be arrested. If you just have an unpaid ticket you might not get arrested but instead lose your license depending on your local laws. |

Why don't you just pay it and not worry about being arrested? |

my ex wife was in a car as a passenger with her PAROLE officer..(believe this or NOT_) but she was not even driving but the police checked the passengers Id's and she had a unpaid speeding ticket in the same state..Michigan ..and she was pulled in and arrested on the spot and she had to put up bail but the her parolee officer had a lot of explaining to do..as he was fraternizing with one of his charges..my ex wife was a dandy and still is |

100%. You might as well pay the stupid thing b/c if you get pulled in on a warrant- it is possible that you'll have to sit overnight until a judge can see you. Then you'll be responsible for warrant costs and the cost to transport you to the county where the warrant was issued. |
|

Yeah, if they ran a check (and I'm sure they do), you'd probably be arrested and the cop that stopped you'd probably feel really good about himself. I mean, he'd have just gotten a very dangerous criminal off the road. Really, speeding? How HEINOUS, how terrible. =P Hahaha. Good luck with not getting caught. |

100% you can be arrested. :)>- |

I would get that warrant settled ASAP because if you do get pulled over for any sort of minor traffic violation, the first thing they are going to check is your state's database for any and all outstanding warrants and you will end up with some shiny new silver bracelets and a free ride to jail (Do Not Pass Go, Do Not Collect $200) and most likely since your warrant is outstanding, they could add more fines or give you a longer sentence than you were suppose to originally get in the first place.
The law enforcements' databases are nothing to be recogned with, so you are playing a dangerous game and it will only be a matter of time before they catch up with you. |

yes and i would go to the state and turn myself in and do the time other wise there will be more time added on if you don't and it better than worring |
