Me friend owes me $200 and she said shell pay me 5 months ago and she still hasn't. I dunno how to get a hold of her!! What should I do?? Should I involve the police??

No, don't call the cops.
File a claim in small claims court. The courts will find her. and if they don't by a certain time, that person will be summoned to court to pay u back.
