First make a police report and don't erase the text messages. Then get a restraining order yourself and have it include your son. This is because she is threatening you by going through your son. This may also fall under the stalking laws too. Don't wait. Call now.

Save anything she sends you for proof it takes showing the courts that you have some form of reasoning behind what your doing. You should not have no problem with getting it. I wish you and you son lot's of luck. Tell your X to choose wisely next time

I would contact the authorities. She sounds like she's got some screws loose. As the child's parent, you have every right to tell her she may not have contact with him. She has no claim to him.

You need to immediately file a police report. You need to document and keep all records of her calling or texting, so that you have proof. Everytime and incident occurs make sure the police take a report, or at least document the incident. Police can document incidents without taking a whole police report. You will want this all on file/record so when you go to get a restraining order you have proof of her craziness. I would make sure that your son's school, and other places know not to release him to her.

A restraining order does not mean Nothing ....get an" Order of Protection "or see about filing an " Injunction Against Harassment " .....If nothing else works then just whip her @ss a time or two , It is a misdemeanor offense and has a small fine , plus Cali does not really prosecute this kind of charge , I know because I whooped a mans @ss out there last year ,at a store ,and rearranged the store with this guy and when I called them to see if there was a warrant or fine they said they did not even have a report , I was nice though , I gave the store owner money to cover the damages to the store...( this was in Ontario , California ....) if you live in a real liberal area the criminal is the victim ....But protect your child at all costs..Change your cell number and stop the text capability , and she can not contact you anymore , and YES you can keep her from seeing your son , she has no rights to this child , even if she was a step mom , she has no legal rights to the child ...Either get the police to stop her or you do it yourself if the police do not or can not do it ....

Well you could simply talk to your ex husband about this situation, but if that does not work, try putting your son in after school camps, clubs, activities, etc. That way when she comes over he will not be there.

your ex husband's EX is geting obsessed with a six year old, and telling you that you don't like how close she is to your son.

Personal oppinion:She sounds like she just likes your son. no big deal. right? it plain sounds like your just geting in the way of a somewhat healthy relationship between them. for fear of her geting to close to him? sounds a bit selfish doesnt it? Maybe your just sort of..Making it sound like more then it is?
