Okay, i was driving on the freeway and i was merging lanes to the right, now i DID NOT see anyone in the other lane, but as i was merging a car started honking and as i kept driving off, i look in my mirror and i see a car swerving and breaks off the outside mirror of the car against a truck. Can i get in trouble for this, if they got my plate number down?
