Can I get into trouble for doing this?

I want to sneak a photo of my nasty neighbor..She's out on her ground floor porch in an big apartment complex facing the parking lot, with only her bikini underwear, and a sports bra in broad daylight; her pot belly hanging out, and butt crack popping out of her ugly bikini underwear, smoking a cigarette...while blabbing on her stupid cell phone oblivious on how repulsive she looks....I want to post them online and blog about the "Neighbor from hell."

I don't enjoy seeing people like that at all, because I'm afraid to have people over looking at such trashy and nasty people that obviously don't give a sh*t.

Can she be viewed from a public place or from your property? If the answer is yes, you may take the photo and use it for any non-commercial purpose. If the answer is no, meaning that you have to go onto the grounds of her unit or some similar place to get the pic, then that's an invasion of privacy, and your actions fall under "peeping tom" laws.

Once you have the pic, you can use it for any non-commercial purpose. You don't need her permission to post it on the interent. However, you may not sell the image or profit from it any any way without her permission. It doesn't sound like you are going to do that. Also, if you make a false statement about her on the web page, she can sue you for slander ($$$$ from you to her).

But if she just looks like Hades and everything you post is either true or obviously just your opinion, you should be fine. She'll hate you if she finds out, you know that, right?

Yes it is illegal plus she could sue you if she found out who posted the pictures.
I have what to do this to someone at work only they set down far 45 minuets reading a book while the restroom floor dry.
But that still could get one in trouble posting something as Innocent, as that oh and they are not on brake the set in between the two restrooms like a gard dog.

Just look the other way she is not hurting you .I am sure she just loves everything you do to lol its all about getting along please dont be so petty about such little things when there are so many big things out there to worry about. Who knows maybe you should get in your underware and try it might be fun you wont know untill you try it lol

Yes, it's illegal, as you need her consent to put a pic of her online. Plus you are harming her character.

If the pic is found by her OR someone she know's.

If you are confident that no one she knows will find out and she won't cause shes to dumb to know how to operate a computer then go for it. I hate bad neighbors.

If you do this you will def go to jail. You cannot post pics of other people on the internet esp pics like that and then complain about them. You seem to enjoy seeing her like this. Afterall you can not only describe exactly what she is wearing but what she is doing too. Just dont look at her.
