Don't even think about doing that, if your wife and you are not happy together, get a divorce, don't force some one to stay in a marriage that is not working, no need for her or you to get hurt, divorce and go your own way, there are plenty of fish in the ocean. If you hurt your wife you can do jail time. If she takes her own life, no jail time. You can, however, go to jail for being a pimp, which is what you became when you accepted the $50 from the guy.

I HATE abusers, in all forms. Nothing, absolutely NOTHING justifies abuse and/or violence.

Divorce her if you can't live with the situation. If you can, then treat your wife better, provide her with everything she needs so that she doesn't have to look elsewhere.

Understand that it is YOUR inadequacies that forced the situation, not her's.
