it is possible as this is reckless driving. You most likely will not lose the license, but could get socked with at least 6 points on your record and several fines. I am not sure what the current points value for this is, but last I knew they will pull your license for 12 points, unless you are under 21. |

What city was it? Probabaly not, just go to court and pay your fines on time. You may have to pay a drivers responsibilty fee. |

That might be careless... Go to court, see if you can't plea it down. I doubt you will lose the license.. Perhaps see if you can do driving school. |

Rules for state are all different, was this your first time, the answer is no. But in some states you would go to jail going that fast. You get a ticket for the some part, and can fight it in court. |

Just go ahead and go 85 in a 55 mph zone. The rest of us are supposed to move out of your way, because YOU own a car that's capable of going that fast, and YOU are capable of driving that fast, whereas the rest of us just aren't that good and we should get out of your way. Come to think of it, anyone who's going 55 in that 55 mph zone is putting themselves at risk. Since they're putting themselves at risk, they're driving carelessly, so anyone in your way should get a ticket. |

Naw don't sweat it. My car can go 135 mph! It has 160 mph on the dash. Can't tell you what type of car I have because then they'll be looking for cars speeding like mine. I wouldn't want to slander all my buddies with the same car like mine. We know who we are though. LOL However, I went over 12 miles an hour and these chumps gave me a ticket for going 67 in a 55 mph. That was going slow for my car's speed. I love Sportscars! |
