Can I sue my wife for rape? I asked her to stop and she kept on going. Doesnt no mean no?

My wife woke up in the morning and rolled over on top of me. I asked her to get off because I was tired and she got mad and slapped my face and forced my shorts off. I try to get her off more and then he put my ( you know what ) inside her and I couldnt move because if I tried she would slap me and scratch my face with her long nails.

I just want her arrested. Shes very beautifal and actually models for a swimsuit magazine. I just feel I was violated. Why are women like this?

Having had the same trouble with many swim suit models I fully understand.

It is all up to state law. Most allow charges of rape to be charged against your spouse, but not near as many have rape laws for men when the other party is a women.

It will depend on how the actual rape law is written.
