im 15 and i live in NEVADA (LAS VEGAS) in the united states...
i want to be able to carry a knife with out worrying about the stupid pigs. is there any kinda knife i can carry around that would be legal??
idc about the size or kind of knife i just want to know what kind i can carry around and what size i can carry LEGALLY!! please and thank you=]]

Carrying a weapon is illegal. Guns are legal if you are 18 and have a permit. Since you are under age you are not allowed to carry a gun |

Why not just walk around with MACE?
You might be able to get one for free or at a discount at a local "pigs" department. Damn those pigs defending Las Vegas, the state of Nevada , and what not..who do they think they are cops?! |

Where I live you can carry up to a 4 inch blade.
And... they are not 'stupid pigs' If they did not exsist, guess who would be the first to die? "Stupid" 15 year olds since they would just be a burden on society since they couldnt feed or look after themselves.
You should be thanking the police officers the the laws. |

If you find yourself needing to carry a knife with you, then you should question the kinds of people you are hanging around with.
Pulling a knife on someone is a good way to get knifed yourself.

you have to be 16 to purchase a knife so I would believe you have to be at least 16 to carry one. |

i carried one all the time when i was i my teens but it couldn't be over 6 inches. if it was over 6 inches it was a deadly weapon or sum ****. i wasn't aloud to carry a switchblade or a butterfly knife. |

Dude, don't call them stupid pigs because they can mess your **** up. Cops are great, but furious and ******* nuts when people start referring to them in terms other than "cop" and "police officer". I would carry mace. That can really take out almost anyone quicker than a knife (without killing them, which is the only drawback, I guess, if you consider it one). |

The only problem with mace is that if they have you in a headlock you cant mace them. i got mugged 2 days ago and they jumped me from behind and put me in a headlock and tried to stab me. a knife would have been useful mace would not have. luckily i go to a self defense class so the only thing I ended up losing was my jacket |
