They can be charged, possibly as adults. Their parents can be sued. |

Yes they can usually as a minor for criminal charges unless it is a hanus offense etc than they may be charged as an adult. However a minor can not be sued civily however their parents can ie if a 15 yr old causes damage to some ones property house etc the owners can sue their parents, as a parent you are responsible for your childs actions. But to criminal charges yes a 15 yr old can be charged any one can even a 5 yr old.
Now as for your exact situation most likely the 15 yr olds caused physical harm to the assualted person and they will be charged for assult and most likely their parents will be sued for medical expenses etc.
Hope this answers your question........shadow stalker |

Yep.
They will most likely have to name your parents in the lawsuit as well. |

Charged with assault and battery...YES and at 15 they MAY be tried as adults.
Sued no...BUT...their parents can and they could lose everything as it may be deemed malicious with pain and suffering AND punitive damages added on with no limit....
Basically they screwed themselves AND their families...Great friends you have there... |

The 15 year old would get charged as a juvenile for battery, and possibly other offenses such as disorderly conduct. If they injured the person, the Court could order the juvenile to pay restitution to the victim to cover his medical bills or any other losses. If the juvenile doesn't pay, a judgment can be entered against the juvenile's parents.
For a civil suit, the parents would be sued, since the juvenile is under 18, and they would be responsible to pay any amounts awarded. The only exception would be if the juvenile were to be emanicpated. |

Charged, yes. Sued, no, but your parents might be held accountable. |

Sure can get charged and if convicted (quite likely since you have admitted it) you'll get juvenile detention and hopefully someone or two there will return the favour.
Suing someone is a civil matter and certainly the other person that you bashed can sue you for battery - If I was him I'd drag you before Judge Judy! |

this depends on the severity of the offense.. examples are if the 15 year old killed some one YES they can and most likely will be charged as an adult.. the answer to this question would need what they did
Editing: yes they still can if the person who was fighting with them lost some thing example would be a broken bone and they lost time from work (loss of money) time from school ( loss of education) what usually happens is the person they were fighting with takes the parents to court on behalf of the child.. judge Judy.. the peoples court are a few that show children being sued |
