Yes, they can. There is no legal immunity just because you exit your car before the officer makes contact.
As long as the officer can testify to the violation, and identify you as the driver, the ticket is valid. |

Of course they can. Getting out of the car does not give you immunity. |

Yes, they can. And depending on when and how you get out of the car you may also get tased/pepper sprayed/shot. |

Yes. If you try to avoid contact with the officer, it could lead to other charges and possible even physical restraint, arrest, taser, or even some lead in your a*s. |

Not if you quickly pull into a driveway, run into the house, change clothes, etc...the officer has no way of identifying who WAS in the car etc...otherwise, if you weren't doing anything wrong, there were no grounds for being pulled over, etc...you may walk free as many drug runners do *_* |
