He sure can. A officer is trained in seeing certian things and behavior in a person when they stop you. So if you are wearing sun glasses how would they see if you have blood shot eyes ?
Blood shot eyes are a indication to drug use or drinking and driving among other things. |

Police officers pretty mucy do what they want. A lot of them even lie in court and people are put in jail due to these lies. Got to remember, most cops are cops because they are too dumb and lazy to do anything else. Sure isn't for the money ! |
