my husband,who was caught by immigration department,presently he is in jail ,for living illegally,n without divorcing me in his home country india has married a us citizen for citizenship..his brother to lives illegally.
i am being harassed n threatened by my brother in law ,n my husband from jail and from the us citizen and her family to send them a divorce letter so that his marriage to the us citizen is legalized.and becomes a citizen.
i have kids.my husbands people have arranged to kill me n my kids here in india.its 12 years we are married.
for american luxury n citizenship he cheated us.
what can i do,can i get any help,in US.where can i get help?to complain about the us citizen ,her family n my husband n brother in law.
i have all proofs emails,telephonic conversation recordings..where they r threatening me.
i live in india with my kids.my husband is in alabama jail.the us citizen n my brother in law r in atlanta.
some of my friends adviced me to contact the usa govt,they have some help line for victims like me.i dont know anything about this.can any body help me with their site or contact numbers..pls help.

Depending on how they are sending the threats they could have violated US Federal laws. You need to contact the US embassy in India, or the closest US consulate, and turn over all your "evidence" of these threats.
Also, you can contact the US Attorney's Office for either the Northern, Middle or Southern District of Alabama (depending on where the case is being filed). They will be VERY interested in finding out that you are being threatened.
